Washing Instructions:
I use 100% silk fabric in my ribbons and cords. Everything may be hand washed in cool water. Use a mild plain dish soap with no additives. Hang them to dry.
For the ribbons you may use a cool iron to press them out. The ribbons will stretch when pressed. If you have a section of a ribbon that stretches too far re-wet it and let it shrink back and repress.
Returns Policy
For the most part all sales are final.
If you are not sure of what the colors look like compared to your screen you can send me a message. I have tried to give names to the solids that are common for the color. For instance scarlet is a bright red that leans towards orange.
I understand that sometimes the color is not quite what you need for your project so I sometimes will exchange with another color as long as you pay for shipping and tracking and post the ribbons within a week.
In order to exchange an item:
Email me immediately.
Mail the item back within one week.
All Custom orders are final
I currently have a 3-6 day lead time to fill regular orders.
The lead time changes constantly.
If you need your order in a hurry please send a separate email to me. I don't always see the notes.
I will send packages by overnight mail for U.S. buyers and Express mail for international buyers. I charge cost for shipping plus $1 for this. It seems I am always at the post office so I don't charge extra! :)
Payment Options
I accept Paypal or you may send a United States
Postal Money Order (USPS). You can purchase these right at the post
office. I can cash them the day I send your order out and its fassssster!
Please NO PERSONAL or Business Checks ~~
It takes me forever to deposit checks!
I
will contact my credit card processor used for my main business and
will ask how I can add the web site orders but for now Paypal works for
me!
